mantis error : 1. Solution exception:The type initializer for 'Wolfram.NETLink.Internal.NativeLink' threw an exception.

Hi,

first off thanks for this! 

I am trying to use Mantis to generate polynomial functions, however when i try use example files (eg: Fromlineto equation) i get the following error:

1. Solution exception:The type initializer for 'Wolfram.NETLink.Internal.NativeLink' threw an exception.

I've seen o other posts that the solutions are to paste the .dll files from the mathematica folder into the components folder however this doesn't work

i've also unblocked everything

I'm using: 

rhino 5 / 6 (both don't work)

Mathematica 11.0
