Same UV's orientation on BRep's faces: how to do?

I've just started to use Lunchbox and I'm wondering if it's possible to obtain a subdivision in which the U's subdivisions have all the same orientation along the faces of a certain BRep. I'll try to explain better myself with this sketch:
