I would say that you are missing installing EmbryoViz, the link is in the file you are opening (right side).

Hi A

I experienced the same problem and i don't understand what you said "the link is in the file you are opening", Could you explain more?  How can i fix this problem? Sorry, i am new in Ladybug.Thanks.

Open the example file 005_glareAnalysis and in the right side of the file you can see where you can download the plugin.
