algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi,
I am working with new version of Honeybee. I make a very simple zone and wanted to test it. When I run the file, its results are annually, but I want the hourly results. I change the timestep in the into the hourly, monthly and daily, but the results are annually again! I open EnergyPlus file to check the variables, and all of the frequencies of the variables are annual.
What is the problem of my Honeybee?
Thanks alot.
Regards,
Helia Taheri

Helia,
It sounds like you just have to disconnect the "annually" input from the "Generate EP Output" component. If that's not working, upload a GH file with the issue.

Chris,
At first I want to thank from you for your very useful video tutorials on Honeybee energy modeling. They were very useful for me.
I upload the file which has the mentioned problem.
Thanks,
Helia
Thanks Chris,
I open your file, although in your picture it is hourly, in my PC is annually!
Is there problem with my Honeybee?
Helia, Can you send a screenshot which includes simulation outputs component and also upload the idf file and output from readMe.
Also, Helia,
Please include the file address of the resultFileAddress. It may be that the component is not giving you the result file from the most recent simulation.

Mostapha,
These are the files which you told. I hope my problem solve.
Thanks
Helia
This is the screenshot.
Helia,
Your idf is showing that the calculations should be reported hourly.
Can you delete the whole c:\ladybug\unnamed directory and then run the simulation again?
-A.
Abraham,
I delete it and run it again.
After deleting and running again, my folder includes 2 files, an idf file which I attach it again here and a batch file.
But my honey bee is again runs annually and it takes a veryyyyy short time for simulating whole year.
I attach the files.
Can you check the report output of the HB_runEnergySimulation?
Plug it to a panel. You should see there if the simulation run well.
-A.
