HoneyBee and Ladybug doesnt work

I tried to delete HoneyBee and ladybug because honeybee was not flying. Now I tried to install again and it's not working, as shown in the image. How do I remove completely honeybee and ladybug from my computer, so I can try to install again? The file to remove an old version is not working as well since the honeybee components doesn't work.
