Energyplus simulation does not generate total thermal loads

Sheikh,
You probably need to enable a couple more of simulation outputs in the HB_EPOutput (for instance zoneHVACParams_).

Attached a working version.

Just updated (no need to, though).

The main issue was that you set the isConditioned_ at the HB_Mass2Zone to False.
