Is it easy to get a replacement under The Ridge Wallet’s warranty if something breaks?

My Ridge Wallet clip loosened after a year of use, so I decided to contact the ridge wallet for a warranty claim. They asked for proof of purchase and pictures of the issue. Once I provided those, they shipped me a replacement within a week.
