algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am a master student of Architecture. In the project definition, I tried to simulate post-tension cable by the segmented beam, cause there is no cable in Karamba. 
The first problem is about “optimize cross sections” because when we add tendons, the displacement becomes a huge number and the second problem is about shell utilization that when we use "optimize cross-section" (for example 10-20cm) with tendons it has a better result but when we do not use "optimize cross-section" component, tendons do not work and even in max displacement we have a huge number.

our aim is to optimize tendons position and diameter not to optimize shell thickness.
I really appreciate if anyone helps me with this definition.
