I've had the same thing happen to me. See, I started by writing out exactly what I needed from the program - for example, a calendar or reminders. After that, I chose the one that suited my tasks in terms of functionality. It's easiest when everything is intuitive, otherwise you will only break your head. For task management, it's best to start with a simple google spreadsheet or a standard app on your phone. If you want something more serious, choose a nice interface and make sure that the functions are suitable
