algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I'm relatively new to Kangaroo, so apologies if this is a simple question:
I'm currently in the middle of designing a display piece whereby hundreds of ping-pong balls are dropped through a sort of "Plinko" assembly. I want to model this reasonably well, to determine whether, over the course of several tests, any of the receivers at the bottom end up consistently empty.
I've used the methodology that was used in the solidParticleCollide.gh example, but the balls don't really have the same "bounce" as a ping-pong ball would.
Is there a way to adequately model this setup with more bounce than the sphereCollide and solidParticleCollide components seem to provide?

See, that's how new I am to Kangaroo! No, I wasn't, and that definitely helped a bit.
Hey, that sounds like a fun experiment! I actually ran into something similar while testing online casino games. I was on a rough losing streak, but then I tried crazy balls https://crazyballsca.com/ and it completely changed my luck. The game mechanics are surprisingly smooth, and hitting a big win after several losses was such a thrill. For players from Canada, the bonuses make it even more engaging. Now I find myself coming back almost daily—it’s become my favorite way to unwind after a busy day.
