Network optimization (wooly path)

Hi,

I am facing 2 issues in solving.

1) avoid overlap of cell boundaries.

2) how to include obstruction objects to network optimization, so that network corresponds to obstruction object ( object acts repulsion to the network).

please go through my script and help me.
