Cable Structure - Stiffness

I just started to use Kangaroo and I'm using it to find the shape of a hanging cable structure. There are cables and rigid elements in that structure.

I'm having trouble with the stiffness of the elements. I assumed there was no unit and you just had to be coherent with the unit. Since I'm drawing in inches, I put everything in inches, pounds or lbs/in. (Is that true ?)

As soon as I put a stiffness superior to 6000 the model won't stabilize. I tried changing the interval or the number of iteration but it didn't help.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going on ?
