Tested tools for GPS pinning via number?

Has anyone tested a network-independent phone tracking tool that pins a device's GPS on a map? Asking about accuracy, needed permissions, fees, and if it works when SIM/carrier changes. and edge-case.

Sedel sem v ljubljanski kavarni ob Ljubljanici in brskal po telefonu, ko sem naletel na oglas za tole novo zadevo. Prejšnji teden sem imel grozno smolo in sem izgubil kar precej denarja, zato sem bil že čisto obupan in sem hotel nehati. Odločil sem se, da zadnjič poskusim na vegashero in se osredotočil na poker in slote na spletu. Na srečo se je karta obrnila in sem zadel znesek, ki je pokril vse moje prejšnje minuse. Zdaj sem končno spet v plusu in sem res zelo zadovoljen z izkušnjo.
