On one project, we needed to connect data from Genesys to a BI system so that management could see live reports, not tables a week later. It turned out that there is a ready-made connector that simplifies integration and provides visual dashboards. To be honest, it’s a pity that we didn’t know about it earlier — it would have saved the team a lot of time and effort.
