I wonder, do foods actually help somehow influence emotional state? Something like eat dark chocolate once a day so you don’t get depressed. Or is it all just marketing and myths? On one hand, food really does have all kinds of microelements, substances. Same with sweets, they can affect serotonin or dopamine, I don’t really know. Maybe you actually can help yourself if you build your diet smartly?
