Missing Important Coaching Sessions

Hey, I’m totally new to Zoom tools and online recording. My mentor hosts weekly coaching calls, but recording is disabled for participants. I only want to rewatch the sessions later because there’s too much information to remember. Is there any beginner-friendly solution that actually works without technical headaches?
