Hi. I'm working in a project which I have 16 modules ( 4 pavements of 16 modules, as the image bellow) and I need to remove 8 of them. My objective is to remove 8 modules in a way that I have the less perimeter as possible. The problem (that I think can be solved with a loop, I just don't know how) Is that I only can choose the modules that are in the top.
I need to keep data from loop 0 to loop n, but once the false test comes to B* and the HS jumps to the next loop count, all generated data is erased/reseted.

Point cloud starts towards y-axis and whenever arduino prints out a number I want grasshopper to rotate a piece of a poly line. So far I have been trying to do this with hoopsnake. The point I got is that I can either rotate the polyline or extend it. If I set steps one at a time(first setting step for HS_Extend then HS_Rotate and changing 1,2,3 data between steps) I seem to get what I need. I would like some help from you guys to set this to an autonomous task.

Hi all,

After not using hoopsnake for six months or so I'm back at it, but having some trouble. Is hoopsnake acting funny or am I forgetting something critical?

I'll add some screenshots to aid in the explanation, but basically everything is working great when I click the (play button) step manually [step, step, step...].
I'll add some screenshots to aid in the explanation, but basically everything is working great when I click the (play button) step manually [step, step, step...]. But if I try to "Loop All" or even "Reset All" I'm getting problems. Previously I had something more complicated and upon resetting it, I just got 0's coming out.

I've greatly simplified it so I can pinpoint what's going wrong, but now what it's doing is dropping every data item in the list except the first value.

In this simple definition, I start with a series of values (0 - 9). All hoopsnake is doing is adding 1 to each value, then returning back to add 1, and then add 1, and then add 1... This works correctly when I click step by step, but when I reset, the data gets dropped to the first value (and then performs the addition correctly on that one value). To get it back to working, I have to disconnect from the D input and then reconnect it (same exact way), and then it looks good again. But then once I loop or reset it's back to one value.

Anything I'm missing here, any suggestions? Thanks!
alternating steps on two Hoopsnakestag:www.grasshopper3d.com,2015-03-15:2985220:Topic:12426872015-03-15T17:06:38.846ZOliver Bucklinhttps://www.grasshopper3d.com/profile/OliverBucklin

I have a mesh going into one HS component, and a series of integers corresponding to faces on that mesh in another HS. The definition works if I alternate taking individual steps with each HS component, but I need to automate it so it will go back and forth taking individual steps on each without resetting. any ideas?
