Homogenous distribution

Till Release 0.1.10 there was a problem about homogeneity of distribution points 

it caused to have polarity effect in generating vectors that just was seen at huge number of generation , now I alter the algorithm of generation and I promise that these component will distribute positions without polar congestion and we can have assured homogeneous distribution in  numerous generation.
