algorithmic modeling for Rhino

We are still using clipboards for our daily rounds and it is a total nightmare to manage. Half the time the handwriting is unreadable and the other half the sheets get ruined by rain or just get lost in the office. How are you guys tracking site hazards and PPE compliance in real time? Is there a way to make this more reliable so we actually have a proper paper trail if something goes wrong? I would love to hear about some digital tools that actually work on a messy site.

I switched to a digital platform last year and it saved me so much stress on the job site. Having everything stored in the cloud means you can't lose the data or deal with soggy paper anymore. If you are wondering about the best way to run a construction site inspection

https://incora.software/insights/construction-site-inspection  it really comes down to having a repeatable process. We now do daily safety walks and milestone quality checks that are synced immediately for everyone to see. It keeps the subcontractors much more accountable because they know every single detail is being documented with clear photos. It is much better than trying to remember what happened three days ago when a city inspector shows up unexpectedly.
