Best shop for material

I am tired of wasting money on dead cards and old bases that don't work. It seems like every time I find a new shop, the quality drops after the first few orders. I am looking for a place that has a good reputation and actually cares about the customers. What are you guys using for your daily needs right now? Is there any place that still offers decent refunds for dead stuff?
