Error "1. Object variable or With block variable not set. (line: 0)"

Hi 

i often get this error, before i used to delete and copy again the user objects but it seems it's not working anymore, do you have any idea how to fix this? Thanks

I also have this issue.  I was able to do a XL Out once and since then have gotten this error on every attempt.  I am using Excel 2016 desktop.  Any progress/insight on this bug?
