voronoi + delaunay

hey everyone !!

i have a problem a would like to make a voronoi in the space created by a delaunay.
the probleme is that the voronoi i applicated in my delaunay figure have to be insert in the empty lots to be extruded in relation with attractors points .

Please if anyone can help me !!
