UNO read goes red

Hi everyone and how are you doing?

I have an annoying issue with the Fireflay each time I tried to used it. UNO read button in Fireflay goes red each time I tray to connected. The bubble in the top of the button gives me the following message:

1. Solution exception:Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Any idea of how to solve this issue please?????
