algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Unable to load Grasshopper Rhino 4 SR9

Windows 7 64bit, Rhino 4 SR9

Getting this error:

Command: Grasshopper

Rhino.NET::LoadPlugIn - SDK versions do not match

                RhinoDotNetManager = 4.0.061206.14

                Rhino.NET SDK DLL  = 4.0.061206.16

Unable to load GrasshopperPlugin.rhp plug-in: Rhino version not specified.

Unknown command: Grasshopper

Can anyone help please?  Thanks!

Do you have .NET Framework 3.5 installed as Grasshopper needs this to run in Rhino 4

I keep getting an "unable to install"  should I remove .net framework 4?  Or does it require 3.5 or better?

you can have 3.5 and 4 installed side by side but Grasshopper must have .NET 3.5 to run in Rhino 4 and .NET 4 to run in Rhino 5
