Splitting problem

Dear David, dear Steve,

I have faced one problem with splitting of the surface using both:

- Using BrepFace.Split method VB component;

- Surface Split native GH component (probably using the same BrepFace method).

After splitting it gives me one invalid surface.

I have enclosed a tiny example to check the behavior.

If I would use normal Split command from Rhino - I got all 3 surfaces and all are valid.

When using one of the methods mentioned above - only 2 surfaces can be baked as 3rd is not valid.

Therefore I thought that it can be a RhinoCommon problem.

Any ideas?
