Saving ecotect files to high resolution, metafile

Regarding Ecotec, i am wanting to save/export the file to a high resolution so I can scale it up, I looked online and found I should do this by saving it as a metafile, however I only have the option of bitmap, is this because I have the student education version? Is there any way i can save it in a higher res?
