Rhino Crash on Grasshopper Restart (previous GrasshopperUnloadPlugin)

this happened to me while i was doing some stuff in c# on GH. Handling some GH_NumberSlider events...don't know if this helps to find out whats the problem. Now its working well again. Maybe some really weird situation led to this crash.
