Project a Curve on to a Brep Component bug?

I have found, Project a Curve on to a Brep Component works somewhat ridiculous.
(GH 0.9.0014)

1. I have assigned Direction to input D, but the Component project Curves to Both Direction of Projection direction. one to vector D and one another too vector -D.

I tried same process with proect Point Component, and it will project points on one direction.

2. I found one input curves from 600 inputs curves by Project a Curve on to a Brep Component, will be exploded after projection.

I couldn't make out, why this curve(polyline) will be exploded after projection

Is this both cases are bug of the component?
