Problems with DIVA

Hello!

I'm new to using grasshopper, and I've spent so much time trying to do this myself, but now I think it's time to ask the experts!

I'm having problems running the DIVA solar irradiation plot on a building facade. Every time I run the analysis, no results show up. I've tried running it with the surrounding buildings, the ground plane, and the facade, and then again with all components in the model (buildings, the rest of the buildings, ground plane). 

Also having problems running Viper. The first couple error messages concern me. It looks like Viper didn't recognise my windows, and that I don't have an enclosed volume, even if I've checked several times, and I believe I do.
