Primer 1.3.2

IS anyone else having trouble getting the circles to come out like they do in the example when I set the script up myself the circles all are aligned to the z axis and appear as lines when seen from top view. Im thinking it has to do with the point when I load the file f.2.1.0_attractor definition it seems to be generating its own point somehow ??? can anyone please help me Im sure this is something very simple but Im stumped
