Prep Frames not working along curve, HELP!!

Hi I am trying to create prep frames through a brep along a curve (blue in image) and for some reason its not completing it along the entire curve. Something is wrong

I also want these prep frames to be generated from the segmented curves after the initial divide in relation to the proximity of the attractor point. Any suggests thanks!
