Point in Curve - Relationship Issues

Hi Guys, 

I am currently using human to pick up text data from model space and converting it into extrusion vectors depending on whether the text is located within the geometry that needs to be extruded. 

For some reason, the point in curve component is not recognizing the point within specific curves. 

Would anyone be able to explain why it is not picking up the relationship?\

I've added screenshots, the base file and the definition.
