Pipe command

Hi guys. I don't know whether you could help me. I am designing a parametric tower and after applying a mesh to the surface and using the pipe command to create the skin, the pipe work did not intersect perfectly. I thought that the problem was due to the mesh, but after analyzing it i confirmed that the mesh intersected perfectly. I have an image attached.
