Panels visualization issue

Hi,

I am used to structure the drawing in my definitions with panels (and that is what I teach my students as well), as you can see in the images attached. I use different font sizes for each step and so on.

I remember that in previous versions you could see big texts (almost) no matter how small was the zoom percentage so you could understand the whole definition with a quick look at it. However, from a couple of versions now the text in the panels are not viewable with smaller zooms (second image).

Could this be easily fixed? It would be really helpful!
