Panel definition problem-parametric facade

Hello everyone!

I am having a big problem in creating the panel of the facade

I want to have an effect like the facade I have attached but for me it's quite complicated to cut the parts, I think I got the geometry but I have no idea how to proceed.

is there anyone who has time to help me?

I will put the definition once finished here so everyone can use it
