Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I made my first Grasshopper model (a spyral skyscraper with polygonal story slabs), with a help from the Grasshopper User Object (Twist) developed by Joaquim Filipe Reis.

Now I want to apply an offset to the slabs (from 2-nd to the last one on the top), so to

obtain a conical shape of the building. Any idea how to proceed?

One way to do this would be my scaling each floor by an incremental amount. You could get more control over this if you added a graph mapper component to make the variation a little more interesting?

I've added these to the end of your script, although it would probably make more sense to do these operations to the curves themselves (using Area rather than Volume to find the centroids) but I didn't want to edit your cluster.

Thank you very much Joe. That is what I meant. I add a slider to control the TOP SLAB dimensions.
