Offset Bug

Hello David,

Just noticed something I can t explain and seems like a bug.

Whenever I offset a closed planar polyline (just a rectangular one in this case) that is not on the 0,0,0 CPLane, I get one additional small segment. So I offset a 4 segment polyline I get a 5 segment polyline.

When subdividing the segments you can see the problem more clearly.

(Rhino and Grasshopper updated to the very latest versions).
