Need Help on facade shading

Dear Friends.

Can someone help me in to this file,
I'm Doing some Facade Shadings and when the surface is vertical the elements are closing very well... (pic 1a)
When the surface is in Horizontal side longer The facade elements are not closed... (pic 2a)


please find attached the Grasshopper definition.


Can someone help to work also in Horizontal.
