Mapping a Mesh from Scratch into a Parametric Model

Hi,

I have created a parametric model, using the sin and cos function and a mesh from scratch.

I have been trying to remap the mesh to fit the structure created in the parametric model, but I don't really quite understand how to do it.

Can someone please explain me this process of remapping?

I have attached a Grasshopper file that contains the mesh and the parametric model.
