LOADING ERROR MINSURF

HI IM TRYING TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, AND I WILL APPRECIATE SOME HELP HERE. I HAVE GRASSHOPPER 0.9.0056 AND RHINO Version 5 SR4 AND PARALLEL TO THIS VERSION I HAVE RHINO Version 4.0 SR9 WORKING WITH GRASSHOPPER 0.9.0014; THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I START WITH GRASSHOPPER IT SHOWS ME THIS ERROR WINDOW IN THE TWO VERSIONS OF GRASSHOPER AND RHINO PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS PROBABLY WRONG IT WILL BE GREAT.
