load gecolink dll

Hi all,as a beginner , I would like to ask you how I can install geco plugin for  grasshopper 09 which I have tried for many times but it occurs as error to load gecolink dll . I have checked its  properties and it is ok and has not been blocked . Would you please also help me to learn to export to ecotect.Thanks in advanced for any help
