algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Leading no longer resizes with font size

Just upgraded to build 8.0010 and noticed that all of my panels, though still at font size 6 were all spilling out of the visible pane. Seems the leading does not adjust below font size 10 any more.

I'll have a look. Some changes were made to the text-list-renderer recently and I might have introduced new bugs.
