Grasshopper dosent initialize

Hey everybody,

I'm looking to explore grasshopper but i'm yet to get started. I've installed grasshopper, pretty straight forward. But as I try to launch it I get an error message. I've tried reinstalling rhino and GH but not luck. If it matters I'm running an evaluation rhino on parallels.heres the message, If I could get some help it would be much appreciated since I dont know where to go.
