Grasshopper crashes rhino sr4

I updated my rhino but to version sr4 but it rhino crashes everytime i open it up just as the grasshopper agreement terms pop up

did as suggested in this thread

-disabled internet connection

-grasshoper now opens

-set number of previous files to 0

-re-enabled internet

sorted
