Glitch when orientating surfaces with frames

Hello, I need some help with this issue ! :)

When orientating the surfaces according to frames (evaluate surface) there is a little glitch, a sort of trail of surfaces that continues to rotate out of the controlling point reach.

Is there something I'm doing wrong ?

Would there be another way to do it ?
