geco and rhino 5/4 (can't load ecotect)

Hi guys, I have a problem with both rhino 4 and 5 in running ecotect through geco

The EcoLink doesn't work, when I plug a toggle "true" it doesn't open Ecotect (2011) and give me this message 

(don't know why it is in italian even if my rhino is in english, but translated is something like "Solution exception: Impossible to load the file or the assembly 'NDde, version=2.1.563.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies.Impossible to find the specified file")

It seems it cannot find the program, is there anyway I can specify the folder of Ecotect somewhere?
