Error Rhinoceros 4 with Grasshopper

I tried to install the C++ redistributable 2010 but nothing :( 
Anybody knows how to help??

Which version of Grasshopper are you trying to run on what version of Rhino4?

I've tried to install all of these but nothing
grasshopper_wip_20121030.exe

grasshopper_wip_20120122.exe

grasshopper_wip_20120928.exe

20120128 is the last one that should still work, but it does require one of the last Rhino4 service releases.

So which Rhino version (which service release) do you have?
