dll loading problem

hello everyone

We have encountered the following error when loading a c# compiled component.

Solution exception:Could not load file or assembly 'Google.OrTools, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. Den angivne fil blev ikke fundet.

It loads without problems on one computer but gives the error on another with similar configurations.

The component is compiled for 64 bit and run on rhino 64 (latest version, same as grasshopper). The dll and .gha are placed in a folder inside the special components folder, and they are unblocked.

I followed posts on simillar problem and followed the suggestions, but nothing seems to do the trick here.

Any suggestions are welcomed
