creating boundaries return me an error

What message warning shows the component? I would bet that some polyline are not flat. If that is the error, you need to flatten it (placing the vertices on the same plane).

hi daniel, it seems you be right because i've tested the planarity of the polylines and in the second case they are not . so i've tried to use patch instead of boundary and it works.

strange that one surface offset from another one create so different results but it seems to be like this.
