creating a lattice system using hoopsnake

Hi,I am trying to create a replaceable lattice system in grasshopper using the hoopsnake looping system. The start geometry for the same has been defined but the output (which is to be confined within a specified surface) is not as expected.

The files for the same are attached. Any suggestions would be welcome!
